It's green (and brown).

I was asked to make a "green and leather brown" outfit for one of our lovely kin members, and this outfit is what I put together. I got a couple quick snaps of it in the dressing room before I mailed the pieces to her.

This is made up of:
Vibrant Eastemnet Campaign Circlet (Dyed Dark Green)
Tactical Shoulder Guards (Dyed Rivendell Green)
Vibrant Eastemnet Assault Robe
Plain Cloak (Dyed Rivendell Green)
Westernesse Leather Shoes of Fleetness (Dyed Rivendell Green)

The White Swan

I hadn't made a white outfit, and when I acquired the Swan Cloak, I figured it was obviously the perfect thing to make a white outfit with. I like this outfit because it goes with Andadrien's look of not getting dirty. She is wearing all white with a touch of blue and a bit of gold.

I also think this is good for those who role play. After  I made this outfit, my mind went back to an outfit I had seen on someone else's blog or a cosmetics related thread where someone posted about how they had an in-game wedding. I don't remember where I saw that, but when I look at this outfit, I think about that. You get your "something blue" with the detailing on the dress and with the circlet.

And the back:

This outfit is made up from:
Gossamer Dress (Dyed White)
Swan Cloak
Glorious Tactical Pauldrons of the Galadhrim (Dyed White)
Turquoise Summer Circlet

EDIT:
I ended up switching out the circlet for one of the skirmish camp cosmetic circlets. It's white and gold, and I think it meshes better with the white and gold of the shoulders.

Blue

Darror wanted a blue outfit. So I made him one for his birthday a while back.

Here is Darror wearing his outfit and barefooted, as usual. I would have completed the look with a pair of boots, but he wouldn't have worn them. For some reason I can't explain, he never wears shoes. He actually told me to make him outfits that he could wear without shoes...

And here is the back:

He was in a raid on an alt of his when I posted this. Next time I see him on his main, I will update this to say what this outfit is comprised of.

You're an officer you say?

So, this is another Dawnbreakers and kinship color related post. This time is for the officers. Black and gold are still the main colors for these outfits, but they are also accented with red.

The first image is Andadrien wearing an example of something that would be appropriate for the female officer to wear.

The next picture is Andadrien and Rindaroth. Rindaroth is wearing an outfit that is good for a male officer. Speaking of Rindaroth and officer outfits, he was promoted to officer today. Congratulations to him!

And to get a better look at the cloak he has on:

Andadrien is wearing:
Vibrant Eastemnet Campaign Circlet (Dyed Black)
Extravagant Festival Dress (Dyed Black)
Gwir-Palvais (Dyed Black)
Plain Cloak (Dyed Crimson)

Rindaroth is wearing:
(I will update this next time he is in-game.)

Andadrien Salutes the Dawnbreakers

I am part of a great kinship full of some of the friendliest and most helpful people that I have come across in LOTRO. I was in kinships that had the rudest officers or were extremely inactive, but when by chance someone in a random fellowship I ended up in mentioned his kinship and had me invite to the Dawnbreakers, I knew I found a special group of people.

The Dawnbreakers has different colors for our kinship. For you Dawnbreakers reading this, the color scheme is more thoroughly discussed here. But to recap quickly:
For recruits and members the color of the outfit should be mostly black with gold accents. Officers outfits are essentially the same; however, they can accent their outfits with red to distinguish their rank.
The kinship leader should wear a gold-based outfit with red and black accents.

The reason why we have black, gold, and red for Kinship colors? Well, these are colors associated with dawn, of course!

And with that, here is my kinship-colored salute to all my fellow Dawnbreakers!

This outfit, which would be appropriate for recruits and members, is comprised of:
Hooded Cloak of the Mallorn (Dyed Black)
Hauberk of the Mirrormere (Dyed Black)
Tursur-Lhopan (Dyed Black)

Riding into Rohan

This is my riding into Rohan outfit. Both the chest piece and the horse come with buying the Riders of Rohan expansion pack.

The steed pictured is the Steed of the Eastemnet.

You need the follow for this outfit:
Hauberk of the Eastemnet
Cloak of the Dreamflower (Dyed Umber)
Elven Steel Boots (Dyed Olive)

A Very Royal Song Warrior Indeed..

This is Andadrien's signature outfit. She wears it most of the time. For her it's a perfect mix of delicate and dangerous. The helm definitely make it look a little more fight-ready while the dress and the purple and gold color theme add to the feeling of royalty that you get when you see this. I took inspiration once again from The Lotro Stylist; however, the outfit is not copied exactly. I took the dress and the helm from that outfit and added my own shoulders and cloak to make it my own.

To put this together:
Helm of the West Tower
Elegant Formal Dress (Dyed Purple)
Shoulders of Meduseld (Dyed Purple)
Cloak of the Autumn Wood (Dyed Purple)

A Trip up Iorbar's Peak!

I was doing Iorbar's Peak last night with Aegelrod and Belgor when I noticed that we all looked really good.

Belgor who is front and center is wearing on of the Hytbold sets for the captain which I think looks really nice, but you will probably see a lot of other captains wearing this. So if you choose to wear it, there is your pro and your con.

I am wearing the outfit I discussed on this post.

Unfortunately, you don't get a good look at Aegelrod's outfit (on the right) in the screenshot I grabbed. I think it looks really nice. I was, however, able to try the items on in the dressing room and this is how they look on Andadrien:

He is wearing Grey Company Cosmetics:
Fine Grey Company Tunic
Fine Grey Company Wrap
Fine Grey Company Gauntlets
Fine Grey Company Boots

Dark Rider

This is Andadrien's Dark Rider outfit. It's perfect for riding in the dark swiftly and deftly without being seen.

To re-create this outfit, you will need:
Circlet of Men
Sellsword's Hauberk (Dyed Navy)
Ceremonial Wig-feld (Dyed Navy)
Elven Steel Gauntlets (Dyed Navy)
Elven Steel Boots (Dyed Navy)

Creature of the Night

This outfit is a bit dark. This lady flies through the night without being seen. While it is pictured here on my Minstrel, I think it's picture perfect when my Lore-Master has her raven out. I did not think up this outfit. I saw it on The Lotro Stylist Blog which has many really great outfits and decided to recreate it.

This is another really simple outfit to make. It consists of:
Cloak of the Raven (Dyed Burgundy)
Long-Sleeved Elven Dress (Dyed Burgundy)
Elven Cloth Shoulder Pads (Dyed Burgundy)
Raven Festival Mask (Dyed Burgundy)

Lady Andadrien

This blog is a personal collection of my favorite outfits I've seen in Middle Earth or created myself. I'll start with the most recent outfit I've made and probably my favorite of all the outfits I've made.

I call it the Lady Andadrien outfit. There's no running and getting dirty in this outfit!

It's simple to put together. It's made out of:
Wide-Brimmed Spring Hat (dyed Turquoise)
Gwir-Palvais (dyed Turquoise)
Gossamer Dress (Turquoise)
